The file R_Faces.ILB is an alternative set of the images that represents the races in the game.
Instead of the original faces, this file makes the races shields show up instead when the general race image is displayed.
The R_Faces.ILB file is located in the folder:
Age of WondersImagesFaces
First, make a backup copy of your original file, so you can switch back to the original images when you want to. Then put this file there instead. The next time you start AoW you'll see the shileds instead of the Faces.
