Race info

Azracs(player)(easiest) - The Aiel..a tough race of hardened warriors who live in the inhospitable wasteland. Their position looks very defensive but recent raids from the Mountains have been of much concern lately.

Elves(player)(hard) - The Bordermen .. At the border to the Blight these people have held back many raids of trollocks over many generations. They are concerned that this time will be different as armies larger than any have seen singe the age of Legends have been reported amassing near Tarwins Gap.

HighMen(player)(hard) - The Old blood...Descendants of the people of Manetheren the Highmen are hardy and stubborn. The Dragon has been reborn in Rand Al`Thor and it is his duty to unite the land to face the dark in the final battle.Much expansion opportunities here to the south and southeast but also faces all the enemies.

Frostlings - The Seanchan...Descendants of the great armies of Artur Hawkwing which were sent across the great ocean to claim the lands of night. They have returned to reclaim these lands that they feel are rightfully theirs.

The Orcs - The Trollocks....as the seals on the Dark Ones prison weaken, his power trickles through and is starting to form into an avatar. The blight has been the home of the Trollocks and other things for aeons, these twisted creatures revel in torture and violence.

The Dark Elves - Lanfear....Lanfear is the stronges of the female Forsaken, incredibly beautiful but terribly evil she succumbed and swore allegiance to the dark. She has access to another world through ancient portals and commands the dark races from this place.

The Goblins - Sammael...A forsaken..once a friend of Lews Therin(The Dragon) in the age of legends,he swore over to the dark one and was trapped when the dark one was finally sealed from this world. Now free,he uses his incredible tactical knowlege and powers to cause chaos for the good races.

The Undead..The people of Aridhol were once mighty and valiant until a man named Mordeth bacame the kings advisor. He convinced them that using the Dark Ones own ways against him was the only way to survive. These people fell deeper and deeper into dark and vile ways and became feared by good and evil races alike. One morning the city of Aridhol stood empty..all the people had vanished and in their place was a deadly mist named mashadaar which devoures all life.It is rumoured that the spirits of Mordeth and his people remain in the city still, waiting, waiting for the time when they can free themselves from the cities confines and bring death and destruction to the world.

Many thanks to Waterfly and Chris193 for their help and input.

This is my favourite Warlocks map. It's an excellent story with believable races created to replace the standard AoW races. It is designed as a co-operative map, with four human players working together against "the forces of darkness". The thing that really makes this map stand out in my mind is the stream of evil units that come at you, enough to provide a real challenge without being ridiculously difficult. Great map!

This map is simply outstanding. If you have played maps against the AI and felt it was too easy of a game, then watch out for this map. On this map, if you are not careful you could see your whole kingdoms unravel into chaos and destruction within one day of gameplay. This is a must play for those who like Warlock based AOW maps. The map design of this map is also really good---not too much detail and not too little. No complaints other than on a single-player game, the Azracs are at a severe disadvantage due to their location. Highly recommended map. Go ahead and check it out. :)

Additional Comments: The hardest but one of the funniest map I have ever played! Had to start once from the beginning but on the second time went through the whole map (the nature elemental really helped :D)...

Very enjoyable map, which reminds me of Scaxlian Wars, with three factions to chose from (so perfect for co-op) and swarmes of enemies coming out of one way portals. But it's not as hard (AI controled human players actually survive) and not as detailed map. Nor are there any indies to liven things up, and with a few exception(s) none of the heroes start with any items.

Based on Wheel of Time, playing it actually made want to read the books again. There's very few message popping up, so it's much more of a war map than a story driven one.

I played until day 63 when my enthusiasm had just started to decrease due to the start of the mopping up phase, when the game came to a crashing halt thanks to an "exception occurred during TArmyCombatMoveTE".
