A 5 player L-sized map, balanced for multiplayer LAN. It was designed to be played as a FFA.
This map uses a lot of new decorations which are only available in AoW Evolved and Ziggurat Engine Mod.
There are also a few unique units on the map only found in AoW Evolved, these will cause errors without it.
The map can be played in both mods but playing it in Ziggurat requires removing a few units from the map first.
As the map is balanced for LAN over PBEM, it is recommended to play the map with AoW Evolved installed.
Lore: In 1100 LIR, the Azracs are on the brink of defeat and have lost much of their lands. After an especially harsh winter, the Frostlings, seeing an opportunity to expand their own empire, have now moved south.
Much of the land has frozen over and parts of the rivers have turned to ice. A small Azrac settlement remains, as they try to hold on to their last piece of land.
The Keeper Alliance, having followed the Azracs to the south, also wish to stake their claim on these lands. The Cult of Storms seeing an opportunity to deal a fatal blow to the Azracs and thwart The Keeper Alliance, have sent agents of their own.
The Humans however, plot to make use of these distractions to claim the area for themselves. Who will "rise" to the top and become victorious?
