The Queen of the Elves was awoken one day to the news that the lizard king had invaded her closest ally; the halfling lord just over the mountain range to the East.
Unwilling to visit war directly in the halfling's homeland, she sends her forces south to take the head off of the snake.
Taking several of the lizards' castles unawares, things are going well.
