Working hours are several month. Alone the testing of maps was a enormous time factor. The player is limited to the undead. I wanted a beginning, where the player starts with little and must first grind out and build his empire. The other races have it easier

The ai was very long a big problem for me. The conquest of many resources on thick agglomeration was for the ai too much and constantly some computer bosses have died because they keep themselves for immortal. I have tried to reduce this dying situations. All ai bosses have got a small present, have all distant fight on it and some more hitpoints. Bosses life expectancy thereby considerably risen. It sometimes still happens that a boss dies, because he must fight with 2 life points in the battles. But then for this situation there is the possibility, friendly races can take over the lost ones empires.

The rekruting of heroes has cost me other 1000 unsuccessful attempts. The ai partially accepts no presents, if the present lies near, but behind a teleport, and in air line is far away. Thus I have found only one solution, without my map completely to change because of the "stupid " ai.

The map itself is extreme. There are extreme agglomeration, areas are typical for people, partially there is something like World Wonders in the Map. The resources in this Map are extreme. So also the easy Junker-ai can impress later with several level 4 units.

The player himself has it there harder, in the beginning he must use all strategical knowledge in his fights to make headway generally. Every weakness of the computer-ai in the tactical fight should be used pitilessly. In the beginning furthermore the player must invest massively in construction machines only to build up his industry.

Because some races felt very sure because of her local position and other races has fronts fought hard right from the start, I have inserted the teleport room. It produces the balance. To control it is an important key to the victory if one can control it. Also here one can do to himself a characteristic of the teleports for the strategical fight use.

The name of then undead boss is "The Nameless", because he does not know his name at the beginning and I cannot change the name later, when game is running. There is also the way of insanity. But this way is very time-consuming and when someone decide to go there very early, this way will costs lots of troops. But the reward is big. Alternate the player can go this way later to kill there some of his own troops, he dont need or to go there with his best troops to demonstrate real troop power.

The version "Der Namenlose" (The Nameless) is for players who dont like the undead or who want to play another race on this map.

This map rests upon the undead has finished the way of insanity. To that effect the undead is dominating the map and the other races have a hard challenge on him. In this version the player can choose between all other races, except the undead, who will be played by the ai.

Finally one more word to the ai. Even if the Age of Wonders ai is already very impressive, it is only an ai and can be fight always and over and over again with the same tricks.

Wishes, otherwise, a lot of fun with the Map, but be warned, this map is a timeeater.
