I tried to make a scenario to cover the whole of the AOW world. It is a mix of maps from campaing and own imagination.
Races are not balanced, as I tried to make it as true to campaing as possible.
Undead, Human, Highmen, Dark Elves and Elves should be a bit stronger than the rest from the start.
Only one level 4 city. Elven Court, which is the human start location.
Not all leaders and heroes have pictures, as it was made on a different computer with a custom picturepack, which doesn't exist any longer, however it is playable, and it is very easy to guess the pictures of most of them.
A lot of cities and sites. About 300 cities if I'm not mistaken. Feel free to edit the map if you want to, and larger changes (like decreasing sites and cities) is most welcome to be sent per. email, as I intend to make som drastic decreasing myself.
Interesting concept, and clearly you've done quite a bit of work to get it to the state it's in.
There are some things I think could be done that would help the balance without losing the flavor (like removing Elwyn and probably Julia, with Elric startin at Aldor and Talic further south, at a Goblin 'Jesyron' perhaps, with a collapsed tunnel between the two?) but I too would love to see what the community can make of it vis-a-vis an actually playable game.
