Hey guys I'm relatively new to the community and I've just recently started playing with my friend online.

We just hit a problem regarding the tactical vs quick combat feature. Basically in a multiplayer game my friend and I can't have tactical combat with the computer. At first we had the wrong option picked when hosting the game, but then we started a new game and changed the option to 'always' for tactical combat. However we continue to be unable to have tactical combat with the computer.

Is there something we're missing? Could it be a bug? We would very much appreciate any input.

We're playing simultaneous turns and still can't have tactical combat (the option is greyed out).
