I'm trying to put together a mod (more info here.)
It's not going to change any of the default rules or races, but simply give more units and map objects to use when creating maps. I'm running out of ideas after creating 20 or so units, so now I need your help to give me new unit ideas. No units in this mod will be buildable in cities, so don't worry about balance, just let me know what kind of unit you'd like to see. Give me the units name and what it looks like. If you want you can post stats, description etc as well.

If there is no Giant Bee in this mod, I will be very disappointed.

Alternately, this unit could be called an 'apprentice'.
There is a unit called Apprentice, which is something in between a hero and a normal unit. He has Magic Relay, and when he medals up, he gets a lot of enchantments and magic abilities. The Apprentice is human, and then there's an elven Cleric and a goblin Henchman which are basicly the same units as the Apprentice. They're not really what you suggested, but pretty close.

After the mod has been installed... Will these independent units appear on maps for games created with the Random Map Generator?? Or will they only appear if they are manually placed down??
There can be only one. Highlander

Only when placed. I have plans on creating an RMG version, but that will have to wait for now.

That thing should be called a Lava Wurm.It is subterranean and burrows through the ground with its firey powers?,and its front half is armored to withstand the heat.

Okay, I'm gonna download the mod just to see if he was serious or not.

Hi Magog, nice to meet you,
Hi just saw here your units they are awesome thank you very much!
But my purpuose being here is to ask you how did you made the changes you mentioned here when you said:
but some of the new units will be found in rogue shacks, inns etc, and also as guards.
So how did you modded the new units to be available in such way I simply can't find anywhere in the editor?!?! (as a custom resource for modding purpuose I mean, not for creating a map or scenario!!!)
Thanks in advance and hope to see mor of your artworks!
Greetings,
AƒƒÄ
