Lord Ember,

There are to be some dragons on the other side of the mountains.

The dragons have arrived! Soon this land will be brought under fair rule. Strict, but fair.

PS: My opponent doesn't seem to log each turn here; according to the tournament rules he should. I don't really care for this, it's just that I can't log my turns either because of this, since I can't post 2 times after each other. Just explaining why I can't obey this rule, would be stupid to receive a tournament warning for it.

Hmm, you should be able to post two times after each other. Perhaps its needs a minute? Otherwise, just edit your last post and put it there.

The timing rules aren't in effect yet until September 1st (and the logging is part of it), so for now, its ok.

You're limited in posting is because you are relatively new or rarely post on the HG site up till now That's why you cannot post consecutive messages You should do as Swolte suggested, logging your turns by editing your posts

Good game and Good luck to you two !

Lord Ember day 8,

Much has happen since the last time I opened my Diary, found some refugees, lost some units, conquered some villages.

ts

PS: I am more into fast pace of the game than to log every turn.

Thx for the replies guys.
And to Smuki, not offering critisicm there, just clarifying! I agree, the fast pace is really cool

Progressing as planned.

Ts

day 10 - I feel like I'm closing in on my target. What will we find?

Ts

day 11 - Ahh, contact made with the Lord pretender... My slithers were uncareful to come out of hiding. Underground, too, have we encountered these uncouth defilers of the land... Exciting times are ahead!

Lord Drake, day 12

Glad to hear we're annoying the humans ;P

Even though our recent stroke of succes, we're continueing to stay on our guard. Possible counterinvaders are being monitored closely. Soon a state of total war will be declared in these lands... I have no doubt dragonkind will once again emerge victorious. Draco victor!

Ts

Lord Drake, day 13

things are looking good for the dragon stndicate - human mobility underground has been greatly reduced by the destruction of their galley! Their land forces have been spotted also - probably we will lose a village overnight, but this should be a minor setback for our great general.

TS

Lord Drake, day 14

A little surprise today; yet nothing spectacular happened. Ember's mammoth was destroyed by the hand of our own general.

Day 29 and things are looking good for the Draconian empire! Only this self-proclaimed lord and his knight prove a nuisance in the underground, but Ember's capital has been taken and soon he will be vanquished from the surface! Draco Victor!

Lord Drake, Day 30:

A great victory was won today! Our main strategists believe it was an inevitable victory, yet one of the most important steps to our final goal: to rid these lands of Lord Ember's influence! Only one town on the surface remains under his control! There have been reports of harassing rangers and rogues that hide in the forests and come thieve in the middle of the night. We'll need to create a civilian's guard to keep them off.

In the name of the dragons, we will claim victory!

Advancing on all fronts. Lord Uther is causing some trouble for our army underground with his unmatched mobility. Hopes are we will force him into battle one of those turns.

ts

Day 45 of Lord Drake, leader of the Draconian Syndicate:

A great victory was won today! After the great hero that terrorised the underground depleted his movement points by fleeing from my flyer, he ended his turn on a dangerous location... A draconian flying squad was within striking range! Quickly, my units were buffed up with spells that embedded tehir weapons with magical strikes and that called forth great fury in their spirits... The swift, stunning strikes from my djinns made quick work of this monster, allowing my flyers to strike without fear for their lives. No soldiers were lost! His valuable items were quickly distributed among my 2 leaders. Now it's our turn to advance with fearsome heroes... but we will keep him in the company of our army

Today Uther was lost, through his life(lvl15) he could not get a single thing other than plain defence, health...
He was a very great warrior, true he did not get any other enchentment other that the one that make him swift.

I have been careless. Enough of that... Time for this to end.

Yeah it was a good game.

If i had some luck with spell available for research things would be different, 50 turn and not even a simple enchanted weapon, grrr.

We probably broke some records on the fast turn around, I like to play fast, that way I can remember what I was thinking previous turn.

We can play some other game some time.

Hmmm, maybe next time I will first check the map, many modifications are been made...
