I'm working on a new map. When I start placing independent structures and units on the map, they all have the blue flag. Is there any way to fix this. I know this has happened to others when they editted some the scenarios that came with the game. In one of the play by email games I'm currently in, the independents are blue. The map is Inland Sea. Anyone help on this would be greatly appreciated.

That's strange. I don't see this blue that you are refering to in the Inland Sea. The only ones that are blue are the Humans.

Have you patched the game?

Yes, my game is patched. The normal Inland Sea map is fine. However, our host for our PBEM game on Inland Sea modified the map. When he modified the map, all the independents became blue.

I sent the custom map I'm working on to you. You will see an independent magic relay with a blue flag (instead of the normal gray one).

Can't say I've ever had that happen before. But did you fail to see the Scenario Editor Bugs thread at the top of the list? This should be in there...
