I'm sure the answer is out there, but try as I might, I can't find it. So, here goes...
What modpacks are compatible with what maps?
I mean, Warlock's requires Warlock Maps, but I didn't see any of the others requiring a specific type of map. So, what modpacks use their own maps and which can use TS136 maps?
And, if/when a modpack uses TS136 maps, are there any alterations to the map made by the modpack? Replacing units, allowing for towns to build new structures/units, etc.
I apologize if this is a question with an obvious answer, but I really couldn't find it. Only Warlock's seemed to specify one way or the other.

Hmm, your question whirled my brain into confuzzles for a while, but I can answer your first question as best I can, though I have to agree with you, it seems that when downloading maps, the only indication of the mod to associate with it have been Warlock and maybe Lighthawk. All the others I have ever come across never specified anything else.
Modpacks go with certain maps depending on the creator. It will be sheer difficulty to name the most likely thousand upon thousands of maps that have been made and submitted over time, and to link them each to the appropriate versions to use.
Rest assured, most of these number would more than likely have the original version needed to play, but there are some out there made from creators of various mods that have thrown their works of art into the mix.
Hmm, lemme put it this way. It'd be a tough pin to find in the haystack, in a barn the size of a mall.
I hope others can stop by and provide helpful answers to aid you. Welcome to the AoW1H forums! ^_^

Alright. Thanks, everyone, for all the replies. I think I'm going to go and make minor edits to all of the maps I've got whenever I want to use another ruleset. Thank you all for the help!
