This is a medium sized 1v1 map, and the layout makes the gameplay extremely quick and deadly. The map is intended to be balanced between the two players, with each side absorbing most of their half of the map within the first two turns. Thereafter, balancing resources between the three flanks while attempting internal development makes for an interesting back and forth and almost chess-like battle.
Edit: Updated to v1.01 - Minor terrain adjustments, and removed defenders from ports and builder's guilds. Testing revealed that it was too difficult to effectively utilize these buildings given the short time frame of the game when the player also had to contend with defenders on these buildings.
