As usual, the full story is in the file, but, to sum it up, the Lizards are trying to defend their homeland from immigrating races. I have somewhat mimicked sKout's jungle terrain for his 'Eye of yaka' scenario because I loved it, so I think the terrain is nice. This map is SOMEWHAT symmetrical, but it doesn't take away from the playability, in my opinion.
Good for a nice 2v2 or FFA. Worth playing a couple of times with your friends.
It's symetrical, so that means it's balanced. Almost. Elves have Forestry and it really helps them a lot when moving through the jungles. Also the lizards are quite weak compared to the others, especially at start. I know they are a special case here on this map, but throw them a 2-hex city. :)
You've used the idea of starting on ships on your previous map if I'm not mistaking and it's nice, allowes multiple strategies; rushing being one of them. ;) The jungles look nice but I would've loved to see more islands in the archipelago. Gets really easy after you get used to the map, especially with the AI.

Good, even though symetrical.
A good story that fits well.
Good map, keep up to good work!

Thank you so very much sKout!
Howja like me using your grass w/ desert terrain idea?
I think that I might revisit this map, you're right about all that you said.
Thank you so much for the review.

The jungles look great and they really fit the scenario and the 'ancient-unhabited-island' feeling it has.
