The current system of placing units on patrol, scout, etc.. is a little inadequate. Are there any plans to improve it?
For instance, you could set a stack on guard area for a certain number of turns, and after that change to patrol, or whatever. I have been able to expand, randomise, what units do by placing a stack on guard area near a teleporter. After they go off, and teleport they become random since they cannot return to their original guard area starting point.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I think one of the great features about AoW is it's unpredictability. The almost fuzzy logic that is evident at times.

More event places, like the "Stone of Neptune," where you can summon mermaids. More detail tiles for the ocean and sea would be nice. Also more monsters such as serpents, as there are plenty of land-based monsters, but not enough sea monsters. Maybe the dwarves can create tunnels to the surface, or the rivers act like enchanted roads for a lizardmen-like race.
