Thanks for the game Pato, I hope you enjoyed it :-)
NaecO: your frostling wolf raiders probably deserted you because frostlings do not like humans in this game. Units get -1 to moral for each other unit of a race they dislike in the stack. And it is the current race relation that counts.
Also your frostlings had a wary relation to orc at the beginning of my turn...

There is no storyline reason for the race relations (RR); you can't control the RR from the map editor (afaik).
But there are several game mechanisms that can change the RR. Migrating does however not effect the RR towards other races than the race you are migrating from (-15) and the race you are migrating to (+10). And the reason why you can't migrate to orc is because you can only migrate to races who you have neutral or better RR with. I guess the reason why you got bad relation with orc was the alliance with dwarf; every time you make a diplomatic action (war, peace, form alliance, break alliance) you get bonuses/penalties towards all RR according to the RR of the player you are dealing with. I think the formula is something like this:
Bonus/penalty to race A = (X-50)/5*Y
X being the RR to race A of the player you deal with. Y being 0.5 for peace, -1 for war, 1 for forming an alliance, -2 for breaking an alliance.
For the race of the player X is 150 instead of RR.
Also Pato basically gave me the victory, in two turns I got all of the halfling lands and about 50 new units + 3 fully upgraded lvl3 cities, so I guess it is ok to stop now...
I am not up for a co-op game, the AI is simply to bad to make that a challenge...
